Chickens are between 1.6 - 2.4 kilos in weight, cleaned, plucked and ready to roast. We raise "Happy Chickens"  -  We have been asked "Are your chickens are happy?" and they are! (we have plenty of video to prove it) - they've been free-range their entire lives!
